Over 10 year client and still screwing me over. Bank of America's atm's steal my checks, atms are non operational, holds my funds for an extended period, will be changing banks.

Love their ATM! First time I've ever seen one in it's own secure windowed room. Too gain access you slide your bank card in the door reader! I looked up their location, it's not on state st. anymore, it's over in the pear tree center! Left of Big 5!

To be exact, it is in it's own secured windowed room accessed only buy swiping your debit or credit card. To be exact it is located right next to Baskin Robbins. I had to ask someone where it was. It's air conditioned. Has cameras, hand sanitizer.

They closed the Ukiah branch and sold the building around six months ago. I searched for a local ATM to keep my account (had it for 40 years), but no local ATMs exist. The address they give for the Ukiah ATM changes to another address (504 changes to 520) when selecting google maps from the BofA page, but the bank still isn't there. BofA is lying about having a branch or ATM in Ukiah. I switched to another bank, but can't find a way online to cancel the BofA account. It's still collecting maintenance charges. Slimy.
