      When no one would give us a loan because our property had to many structures on it only Bandera Bank would. They understand the client and area not some company out of who knows where lending you money for your home. We bought a cabin hotel business.       The customer service is not friendly. They just answer as "Bandera Bank." Not "Bandera Bank, this is (name), how may I help you today?" They say the first impression is a big one so when you answer a phone call in the customer service field is should be more professional.

      This bank is behind on the times when it comes to allowing a person to make transfers from one account to another. Only allowing 2 transfers a month is not good. They should allow 6 transfers per month like many other banks allow.
