Kathryn B1Truly terrible customer service and asinine attempts at security that only tie up the customer's time. Not time or cost efficient within the mortgage closing process either. Buyer be ware. When I sell, there is absolutely no way I will be using this company for my next home after my experience with this one. And as a clarifying note, in case anyone wonders, I'm 100% current, never missed a payment, and everything has gone smoothly from my side throughout.
