  I have been a BancFirst customer for 9 years and frequently travel through Luther. I have been using the new BancFirst branch in Luther since it was opened and have not had a bad experience. I have found the staff to be professional, friendly and helpful.

  Wish there were a zero star option. This bank screwed around for 4 months working on my construction loan / mortgage application. Everytime I'd call to speak to the loan officer working my application they'd either be gone for the day or out for training. I probably called at least 20 times during the process and only recieved a few returned calls. After being completely in the dark for 4 months, the spineless Gary Rou does not even have the decency to call me and explain that they're not going to give me the loan they just mailed a letter, real caring folks here. I've been working with a different mortgage company for less than two weeks and I'm already approved, two weeks! There are many people that swear by small local banks, but this one is not the one to work with. I will never use a BankFirst branch for anything and do not recommend their services to anyone.

  Unfortunately the Luther BancFirst has super slow service and incompetent employees. I am forced to drive to Edmond to find quality service at their BancFirst location(s)
