      I'm looking for a different bank after Gina only did half her job then complained loud enough to me about why she wouldn't continue. I felt embarrassed since she could have been a little more quiet about the change being dirty and there was an Advil, 1... Not multiple pills in it like she said... I'm never coming back

      The SLOWEST branch I've ever been to! Sat in line for 20 minutes waiting for them and there were only 2 other cars not even in the same lane.

      The older lady today in the drive thru was very rude she turned my son in law away told him HIS best bet would be to go to BofA and cash - - well FYI if you don't have a account with them they WILL NOT cash it and IF they did they take a HUGE FEE. She even checked my account and said I couldn't do it. First off all he would have had to do is sign it over to his wife or I and then we'd be responsible for the amount of money. She did not even offer that I called another branch AND explained the whole situation and that is what she told me.

      Tops off to the branch at Cornwell and 10th Street in Yukon. They are absolutely the best bank I've ever visited. I've been with Checkn'Go since 2006 and dealt with a lot of banks but this is just an amazing bank. So if you're looking for a new Bank home go visit them!

      The location was quick. They had customers before them who found a reason to come to the bank. Great service is contagious. The teller was personable and quick. I did feel like he enjoyed working there which in turn led to his great service

      This is my favorite location. I had some fraudulent online charges post to my account last year and the staff here worked hard to help me get a new card and get my money back. I am so glad Yukon finally got a Bancfirst! I have been banking with them for 8+ years and I love them.
