  I'm really disappointed with this branch of BancFirst. Their poor customer service is the reason I don't bank here anymore. When I called to get information, I had to leave a voicemail and I never heard back from them. Then when I finally got through to someone, they gave me the wrong information. My husband and I decided to close our account with them and they couldn't do that right either. It's been over a week and the account is still open. Do not settle for BancFirst's subpar customer service. We moved to a different local bank, and we are very happy with the benefits we're now receiving.

  Bank by hospital could not cash a 2700 check!!! I had to go main branch. When I go their, the main branch would not accept a military ID, want me to open an account, had have a state drivers license. Sorry nope, I don't want your ads nor you selling my address. I did ask for a manager, was not present at 10 am on a weekday. Funny thing military ID's are true ID's. Their a joke or not trained very well.

  I have dealt with Bancfirst for many years and have never had a problem. They are all very kind and professional. My husband and I have both had accounts there and now have our business account as well. We have also received several loans through BancFirst and I am sure we will again! Anytime that we have needed assistance or just information, they go above and beyond to help.

  Maybe next time don't automatically put the change of our deposit to the side and actually deposit all the money. You're a bank, I shouldn't have to call the next day to get you to deposit all the money I gave you in the night drop. $4 off looks bad on me to my company when yall just had it sitting in a cup.

  Maira Lopez is the nicest teller!!. Takes great care of me. I’ve never had such excellent service anywhere. I’ve been with this bank about 10 years. Highly satisfied.
