I'm still frustrated with my visit form awhile ago. I bank with ibc and they left grove. So when I came to this location to start up a checking account. I was told that my social security number did not match my name. And there was no convincing her otherwise. My social security card is a bit worn out and if that was the case of why they wouldn't let me use it ,that would have been exceptable.
