  Need to be open till 5 pm Monday through Friday and You need to be open on all Arvest Bank locations on Saturdays to comidate those that can't make it through the week . Do to work. Not everyone has banker hours. This is why the 3 stars . Customer service is great and friendly. The hours are not . Needs improvement!

  I was looking to set up a account with Arvest Bank because I had a good experience with a them at different location. They were very rude and acted like they were doing me a favor by talking to me 30 minutes before they closed. I walked out.

  I have banked here for years. Tomorrow, I am switching to ANY other bank... they have made multiple mistakes when cashing and depositing checks. This time, they deposited my check into someone else’s acct. I am OVER IT. There is a new teller every single time I go in there, no consistency. LONG wait times. You have been warned!

  We didn’t have to go far when looking for the best bank around. Arvest in Grove has some of the best customer service hands down. Keep up the great work.

  Charge $5 to cash a check that came from this bank... what??? The person who wrote the check has account here so why is the check not covered? I don't need an account here and won't be getting one either... Or b doing any business here for that matter. #y'allmoneyhungry

  Very friendly folk. Almost forgot my ID and the lady ran out to the parking just before I pulled away. Great customer service!

  I have been at this bank for five years minimum and they give you noting but overdraft charges on your account that if you can’t deposit it within 24 hours you’re going to get a $17 charge or two just be warned all newcomers it’s a good bank with outdoor ATMs that are convenient but everything else is the toilet and paying for checks like what the heck?

  Love Arvest Bankn. But seriously Grove Arvest, do you have to have two service lines that say 'wait here'? One teller and two 'what here' lines. Chaos. Frustrated. I left.
