  The people at Bancfirst have always gone out of their way to make you feel at home and help you in any way possible. Even when the customer errors, they still go above and beyond to help. I've banked with them for at least 16 years and they never fail at having a smile and helping each one who comes in. You won't be disappointed in banking here.

  Liars and thieves. Simply not trust worthy. Took money out of my account with out my permission. After over a decade banking with them, they proved to be as unscrupulous as they come. I sincerely hope my $200 was worth it scum bags.

  I usually visit the Prattville location but yesterday I went to the sand springs one and I was treated so well! The staff was very friendly and professional and helped me when my newborn was screaming her head off while I tried to get my transaction done. Thank you guys so much!

  Great bank, but they charge you for Bill Pay if you don't have enough bills.

  I have dealt w/many of banks, moving here & there, BankFirst is by far the best!, I don't believe I've ever had a bank call me & ask whose taking money out of my account, but BankFirst has every time there was a suspicious w/drawl @ night on the wkend didn't matter they kept track of my money which isn't much but I don't know what I'd do if it we're taken out w/out me knowing it! Thanx BankFirst
