the app usually never works plus can't deposit checks through the app. The staff is so unfriendly and judgmental. They have no sense of urgency and never answers the phone either.

Staff is terribly rude and unhelpful, I never got my bank account card and was a huge waste of time. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK.
