  I regret that I ever refinanced my mortgage here. You can't ever get I touch with anyone, there is nobody locally that handles mortgages, and they have screwed up my homeowners insurance changeover on more than one occasion. Be prepared to do ALL the work yourself. Local branch recently shut down Saturday drive up hours, so now I have to take off of work to make a mortgage payment since they're only open until 5. I have never heard of a bank that makes it even more difficult for you to give them your money, but here it is. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

  They’re rude. They don’t want to help anyone but they want your money. When I go into the branch, they act like they’re too busy to help you. I moved from Pensacola,Fl and opened my account with them to connect with the credit union there until I could get my finances straight after moving and that was about all they are good for. Since they’re the only branch in Houma. If their ATM breaks, you’re screwed into paying ATM fees when you to go to another ATM.

  I've had multiple loans through this beach. The service was good considering the last 2 I didn't even go to the branch. Every thing was e sign. Service wasn't super fast as some want. But I know I'm not the only customer so its ok. If I wasn't able to reach someone I'd leave a message and within the day someone called back.

  This is one of the worst financial institutions that I have ever felt with. Very unprofessional,closing my accounts with them asap!!!

  I wish I would have never financed my car with them. Terrible customer service from the call center I can never talk to anyone local and the people at the call center never know how to help. Would not recommend.

  Would not recommend at all if you are looking to conduct business or work for them. I am a former employee and for the past month or so, have been tirelessly attempting to acquire a separation form so that my current employer can finish up their background check process. I have called every day and have only spoken to the person I needed to speak to once. The other times was an endless loop of either someone in HR picking up my phone and hanging up or me being put back into the call queue as if I’ve never called in the first place. I can tolerate the unfriendly work environment and can barely tolerate the unkind treatment towards employees. But I am in utter disbelief of how they seemingly dodge former employees and how difficult it is to acquire a singular form. I have been nothing but kind and cordial yet feel not an ounce of reciprocation from these people. Please be VERY careful when dealing with this CU, should you choose to do so.
