  Terrible customer service, incompetent. I registered to have mine and my wife's finger prints done here. They say they take walk ins but don't bother unless you have over an hour to waste of your precious time. They are so very slow, taking unnecessary time to complete simple tasks. When I arrived there was only one person ahead of me. For a good 10 minutes the assistant responsible was not doing anything but making us wait. When the customer ahead of me who was a walk in was taken the process took about 15 minutes. The entire fingerprint process should literally only be 5 minutes long. Instead of taking customers in the order they come into the shop they insist on calling names of people who booked specific times even when only my party and one other walk in was in the shop, no other customers. The assistant went through almost 10 names of people who weren't there from when I arrived before taking the only (walk in) customers there. Because I had to wait so long for the previous walk in to have his finger prints done I had to wait after the next customer who came in after me and was very late for his appointed time. I waited patiently for that customer to be taken care of. Despite knowing I was waiting to get serviced and acknowledged me I was not taken care of after that second customer, the assistant again rattled off 5 more names of people who weren't in the shop. At that point I expressed my frustration because I had already been there for over 40 minutes. The lady argued with me and insisted she had to call the names of people before she could get to me. I got fed up and left. I will never do any business with this notary again.

  Great customer service, but zero knowledge. Took over an hour to transfer tags and do registration for a private sale. The elderly woman could not use the computer messed up my registration. I received my title after 2 months and ended up paying way more taxes on the purchase since she entered the wrong information. Overall nice people, they just don't know what they are doing.

  An ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! These people have no idea what they are doing, are unprofessional, and can't understand simple instructions. After speaking to theses people in several occasions of the urgency of the situation, Shirley assures me I will have my customer's registration by Monday 05/6/2019 instead she faxed me a copy of the application NOT the registration. Having the option to complete the work online and getting an instant registration, this place chose instead to send the paperwork with a courier for a TWO WEEK turn around after they assure me the work would get done IN PERSON. When I asked why would she even go with a two week option after I stressed the importance of me needing this ASAP, her answer was "it may have been a misunderstanding and it is your fault for not telling me you needed it fast" (after I told her several times the importance of these title work getting done by 05/07/2019) I work for a dealer and I understand title work and its process and what this place did is unacceptable and they shouldn't be trusted with time sensitive paperwork or work were accuracy is paramount. I would never use this place and I will contact the dmv to file a complaint and let them know of their incompetence.

  I made an appointment for 4:10pm on September 21, 2020 and when I arrived the parking lot was blocked off. I called and a recording said they would be closed on Monday because of parking lot paving. What about the appointment I Scheduled and confirmed online for this date? Very poor customer service.
