  We used AXIA home loan to buy a very first home. They made the process a breeze. Michelle and Rikki were always there to help and answer questions that we had. When it came time to refinance we chose AXIA home loan again. They were able to get our interest rate down and our payments affordable again.   Ms. Wicket and Ms. Carlson made refinancing my house as easy as counting 1-2-3. They did, really. I believe they both understand how tedious the whole process of obtaining mortgage or refinancing, and that customers like me needed hands to hold on to each step of the way. With each step of the process, they made themselves available to answer my questions...and their response time were timely that I never had to think about resending my emails or reaching out in another way. I knew where I was in each process and each step were patiently explained to me — the time and effort they gave made me feel like I was their only client. This gave me a renewed thought about mortgage and refinancing — they’re aren’t as tedious as one may think. Well, with the right people, they can be very easy....and rewarding in the end.
