  This place has the worst customer service ever unbelievable. I called to make a payment towards my balance that's due today because when I attempted to make the payment online it show the payment would not post till 5/20. I asked the representative Ronnie will I be charged any late fees or interest. The representative Ronnie was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He keep telling me he would have to disconnect the call if I continue to insult his intelligence. After answering all the questions he insist I answer before he can give me to a manager. Why was I late? Will I be making the next payment on time? ETC. He then put me on hold for a manager then come back to the phone and say your account is not past due I just want to correct myself so that I dont get in trouble. I said well you have already insist I was past due and refuse to give me to a supervisor. He then say he will have to disconnect the call hung up I called right back got the same representative who disconnect the call again. I immediately called back got the same representative again then disconnected the call myself call back got another representative who transferred me to a supervisor without being EXTRA like Ronnie. I spoke with Chris Morris who was very understanding and states that he will pull the call and speak with the representative after I spoke with him I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

  My go to card for whatever situation I find myself in. Only called customer service once. Spoke with a live agent and my issue was solved in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend to anyone!
