Donovan Richards1This branch is terrible. The drive through is ridiculously slow and everytime I go there I spend nearly an hour waiting. It shouldn't take an hour to get five or six cars through the line. The ATM machine at the front of the branch does not accept cash deposits, and with their lobby still closed becuase of covid-19 everyone is forced to use the drive through. If you could do cash deposits at the ATM there wouldn't be as many people complaining about drive through times. I've talked to multiple people about this branch and no one seems to care. Seperatly, the online banking app is terribly slow.

We have people trying to do more complicated transactions with our lobbies closed. Good news! They will be back open on Monday, June 1st. We are in the first phase of rolling out ATMs with cash deposits. We will have our first one at our Chelsea soon.

Mark Elders510/18/2020 At Avadian Credit Union, in Homewood, Alabama, my brother and I always receive professional and friendly service. Kaity and Bonnie have both helped us with a number of questions we had, and the tellers are so very nice too. I am sorry that I do not remember all their names. ntbxo1I have been in banking for years and it always bugs me to see the way other banks handle their drive thrus. I went in last week to make my car payment though the drive thru and as I pulled up, only the window was open and there were two cars in front of me. We sat there 10 mins, unmoved, until I got frustrated and got out of the car and left my friend in the vehicle to wait in the drive thru as I went in to make my payment. As I was in there, I overheard the BM talking to the person in the drive thru (the same one that had already been there at least 10 mins, no telling how long they were there before I pulled up) and she was telling the customer she called multiple different people to try to get approval for cashing a check and she was unable to but she still stood there another 5-10 mins AT THE DRIVE THRU talking to the client, trying to explain the situation, the policy etc and she was very loud and you could hear everything that was said.... This isn't how a drive thru is supposed to work. If someone is going to take THAT long in the drive thru, you are supposed to ask them to pull around and come in so you can continue servicing your waiting clients while also having someone readily available to help the person who is coming from the drive thru. Not only is it slow but it's a risk to clients when you air their personal business loudly on the speaker because you didn't think to bring them into an office with a closed door. *This is something that still happens to this day. This ACU is the only one close enough to my job that I can make it to during lunch and every time, the drive thru is lined up, with 10+ min waiting times.*

Mia Lorusso1After rushing to make a payment before the bank closed, I was frustrated to find that this location closed a couple minutes early. After watching the car in front of me complete their transaction, I pulled up to the window, with exactly 2 minutes to spare, and found that they had closed the window. I understand it is the end of the day and I'm sure they were ready to go home, but if a business is open until 5, I expect them to still be open at 4:58. Every other location I have used has exemplary customer service! I would advise tellers be more mindful of the exact time and refrain from closing early.

Shelley Roman1I have an auto loan with Avadian and the process took forever. I was very disappointed. I did my previous auto loan with the Hoover location and it was simple and easy. Ms. Wilkerson also added loan insurance without discussing it with me. I had no idea I was paying for something I didn’t need. It was very poor customer service

Bob Jones4Great bank. No monthly fees. Super nice bank tellers. The only reason I gave them a 4 is that getting approved for any type of loan is hard. I have a 700 credit score and they will find any little nit pick reason to deny you.

John Susan1Nathan is the one that talked to us today, his rude attitude just make me feel uncomfortable anf unfairly compared with others bank. We are new member with this bank. He has the responsibility to show us ways to use the card as well as the regulation process. Nathan talked to us with unpleasant tone and keep distorup us when I translate to my friend. I left the office with anger. The customer service is so poor. Is has to have the negative star in here for me to rate. 1 star is too much to discribe the customer service of this bank! The bank have train him again about the way he deal with customers. We use your bank is not for y’ll to treat us like child. Unplease!!!!!!!

MeMe Marshall1Bad customer service, try to open in account due to Covid they told me to sit outside, ok cool waited for over an hour and no contacted me. Went in to check and they were walking out for lunch.
