  No drive through. Inconvenient. If you go inside don't wear a cap. Not allowed. The cameras can't see your face I was told. And be prepared to get a little gun pointed at your head to take your temp. I've read this method is dangerous and your temp can be taken more accurately by pointing the gun at your wrist . Not here. They have their orders I'm told. So I left without making my deposit. You have NO choice. Really? Oh, yes I do. Regarding your reply, the "head shot" temp check is your opinion. It can have an adverse effect. The fact is the temp can be taken more accurately on ones wrist or elbow fold instead of the forehead. Would it be asking too much to give your beloved customers a choice?

  We're sorry you feel this way, Mr. Thomaston. We have had a no hat or sunglasses policy in our branches for a very long time. It is meant to protect our staff and our members. Despite multiple social media posts circulating recently claiming otherwise, infrared thermometer guns do not cause any harm when used on the forehead.

  Never had a "GOOD" banking experience. I have held accounts with regions, Wells Fargo, USAA, bout Ramona Pouncey at the dothan branch is exceptional. So far Avadian has exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

  Avadian will withdraw courtesy overpay on your account and afterwards post your night drop. Therefore they will deduct $30 overdraft even if the money is in front of their face. Terrible. An act if Congress can only get the $30 back. VETERANS don't do it. No to direct deposit. They won't give your money until the 1st. CRAZYYYY!!!!😠

  The staff is very friendly and helpful and work hard. This location is very understaffed. Every Friday there’s only 2 tellers with a line to the door. The employees deserve 5 stars. The decision to have this location so shortly staffed needs to be addressed.

  Staff is mostly inexperienced and some are useless. I’d rather set my money on fire than use this branch
