  Overall a good bank. My parents used this bank for years and I opened my first savings account here. Really hated that I wasn't able to open a joint checking account due to a debt on boyfriends credit history.

  Got there 5 minutes before they closed (earliest we could) and they refused to help us. Manager is beyond rude. Won’t be going to this branch again.

  I have been with Americas first for over forty years..since it was Iron and steel credit union in Ensley...the hueytown location is convenient...the people couldnt be nicer..very professional..the faces of familiar people is always a comfortable warm feeling and makes it a pleasure to business there....loraine McDonald
