michael lucero5The whole team was amazing. I was searching for a motor oil I prefer and stock was wrong for 3 stores by the time I made it out to this store. (30 minutes from my home) I was pretty over it. The team searched all over and called multiple locations. after nothing came up for availability the manager gave me a MUCH better oil and oil filter, at a discount. Really made my day easier. Thank you for outstanding service.

Toni Morrow1Was in line for awhile, 4 people ahead only 2 registers open, they was a line building behind me, no social distancing, they had 3 to 4 employees who could of jumped on the register to get people in and out . No team work to provide speedy checkout when a line was getting out of hand. Wont be back

Juan Zacarias2Usually very efficient, but I was kept on hold for almost an hour today, all I asked was how much it would be for the oil and oil filter for my car and was put on hold by 2 different associates . I waited 1 hour to get a 5 second answer for my question.

Miguel Angel1This guy (manager) charged something without my consent. The item was $1.69 , but he tried to be sneaky and just add it to the bag assuming I was not going to look at my receipt. I went back and told him I had not purchased that and all he said was "sorry." It was more embarrassing to me to go back in and throw the item on the counter, but can you imagine him trying to sneak $1.69 item into every customer that goes in?
