  really deserve a zero I'll start with the salesman steven kastrati very unethical shady and dishonest...after several text emails during November 7th 8th 12th and 13th assuring us we would get the bmw certified pre owned certification my wife and I decided to give him the business for a 2017 bmw 330i even though a little low on trade he asuured us we were getting the bmw certification I made mr kastrati aware we were coming down the 15th and would be there at 9 sharp to have some of paperwork started as we would be driving 3 1/2 hours. we arrove at 8:45 waited till 9 with hopes of being back on road as soon as possible because of our long drive. he was almost 20 minutes late ,no paper work ready car wasn't cleaned. As we were doing our paperwork we were aware ahead of time there was a cash deposit, lean release and title exchange due at signing. during the paper work he had to call for assistance as he didn't know any of the paperwork, would have bean short $2,000 on the cash portion if didn't point it out, told him he should at least buy lunch seeing he probably would have gotten fired he threw us a 50 making it look like he did a solid but took off our cash deposit. pretty slick! at this point frustrated decide to head home noticed no floor mats. waited for those. with no tutorial from him was able to navigate the new car realizing there were 2 notices, one oil needed to be changed and brake service. mind you its like 11 now I was advised to take to there garage 15 minutes out of the way for them to service it. we only waited approximately 15 minutes so obviously they only reset the notifications. after arriving home I noticed the bmw certification wasn't with my paperwork and requested steven to forward ...no response called eric the store manager said he would advise him to do so ...after several more emails on November 14tyh 15th to eric and steven ..no response. on december 19th I emailed steven asking about my 190 dollar registration deposit that I have not gotten the approximate 113 dollar difference back or my bmw certification. I wouldn't advise anyone or recommend any to them as im out approximately 1800 for the certification and registration fees! great considering they would have lost out 2 grand if didn't point it out.... total shady business people so ill probably get a reply to make themselves look good but no resolute, we shall see

  I had a very great experience purchasing my new 2015 BMW from auto expo! After speaking on the phone with David, I made an appointment to come in and test drive my future car! The customer service was excellent and the employees provides their customers with very quick and amazing service.

  Horrible customer service. I called prior making sure I can get a test drive before coming to the dealership. I came in they made me sit and shortly later they tell me the vehicle is in the shop. This place will do the most just to get you to come to their dealership not considering the fact how far you have to travel. Feeding a bunch of lies. Let’s not forget how they get all their good reviews. I purchased a vehicle four years ago and as soon as I got the key the sales rep literally pushes you to do the review right there and then or does the review themselves using your account.

  Plaban Boy - you purchased a vehicle 4 years ago, and you were satisfied with it four years ago and you left us a positive review. In the last 4 years you used your vehicle and now it seems you are having issues with it, as any vehicle things can go wrong with time or depending on maintenance. 4 years have gone by and you were happy with your ride... Now we are deserving a negative review after 4 years because your car has mechanical issues?

  I drove from Baltimore, Maryland just to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Brandon and I spoke for a few days though calls and text messages, he kept assuring me that he could get me into a car. I was hesitant because it was over a 4 hour drive for me just to get there and the fact that I had already gone to several dealerships that gave me the same promise but could not deliver. EVERYONE at this dealership was courteous, professional, and customer oriented. Even with the 4+ hour drive to get to them I doubt that I will ever buy from anyone else again but Auto Expo!!!

  Con artists! They'll tell you lies to bring you to the dealership and waste your time! After you arrive they'd add 6k on top of the price!! Don't even consider them! Should be sued for foul business practices!
