  Short and not sweet. Dishonest, I prefer the word lied. They lost my title. Loan documents state it is to be returned to me. Careless, I prefer the word negligence. They took away my choice to sell my vehicle. Need title. DMV can't see me until July 13th 2021 then I'm supposed to pay $15.00 for duplicate title. This act on their negligence has caused me irreparable damage to my getting through the pandemic. Criminal, that's for lawyers. Civil, easy case. I want my title like yesterday.

  I worked with Aurora at the office and she was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. The process was very simple.   Made another payment on my loan today and it really is the simplest process. I've never had such a good experience with a lender where they truly make it easy to make payments and no hassles. I couldn't recommend a better place if you need a loan because at Auto Equity Loans on Churchman's Road in Newark, DE, you WILL deal with the nicest, friendliest, most knowledgeable people that are REALLY helpful and make it nice to do business with.

  I would use them again for sure. Great people at Better Title Loans! I worked with Danielle and she was GREAT!!! Also James was super nice and got me coffee. :)

  Don't go to this company. No matter when you tell them your going to make your payment they harasse you. There is an employee there that is very nasty and unprofessional and has even pretended to be the supervisor. Whenever she calls my home or if we call the office and get her she is very disrespectful. I had to even call another office to make a payment one day. The last draw was when she over charged my back account by $200. and thought it was a joke. If this matter is not dealt with immediately we will be filing fraud charges the bank has already been notified. I would never ever do business with this company again and THEY WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INACCURACIES THAT MAY BE CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT. I will be contacting the better business bureau to discuss their business practices. Oh when I called today July 29. 2016 and to speak to a manager she (who's name is Tanya) that's what she said it was. Put me on hold and never came back. Please don't use this company. It's really not worth the aggravation that we have really went through. Can't wait to be done with them, working very hard to make it happen. If

  This place is FANTASTIC! the people were so nice unlike other title lenders who always have a crappy attitude. if you want to be treated with respect come here and you will be pleasently suprised. their interest was cheaper then everyone one else and they let me pay back my loan in 2 months which was sweeet : ) i would recommend this place for sure!
