She has not only seller customer service skills but she goes above and beyond to get as much done before your visit her location as possible so that your actual time spent waiting on your new vehicle is remarkably quick.   My husband and I just bought a truck from here. It was fast and easy. It took us about an hour and we were headed home with our new truck. Neisha and Jessica were amazing. They stayed late on a saturday to give my husband and I time to drive from Hot Springs to make the deal. Customer Service is excellent!

  Neisha and the whole staff are amazing! I had gone to another small dealership and they treated me so poorly I had almost given up, but Neisha’s personality and she was very honest with me about everything, we had to wait almost 2 weeks because of paperwork on my part. But we got it done and I could not be happier with my purchase !!!!

  DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Bought a car from these people PAID a down payment & was ON TIME paying my car note! Two days later my debit card was charged from AUTO CREDIT EXPRESS.. I called two speak with a manager about the charge he was not in was told he would call me back when he got in never received that call.. So i called back and spoke with him about the charge he stated "THE CHARGE DID NOT COME FROM HIS STORE AND HE DID NOT KNOW WHY MY CARD WAS CHARGED" & said he would call me back when he figure it out! hours later never received a call so i called back asked again about it and he stated "CAN YOU NOT DO A DISPUTE" and could never tell me why my card was charged. Never gave this company authorization to run my debit card. I would stay away from this company if you're in the market looking for a vehicle!!
