  I’m very upset. I liked this bank til last night I couldn’t get the money loaded on my debit card that was sent to me . I was stuck in pine bluff for three hours. After being on hold an hour I find out that they are shutting down my account right before a big insurance check will Be deposited My daughter son boyfriend and landlord all bank here cause of me and my daughter is in college. We need the same bank. I was told the branch manager could help me with this and she now is saying the general manager . Very sad no ones I have talked to about this has had any compassion and doesn’t care At all. Wow

  Staff was very helpful when I lost my wallet and was able to issue me a new debit card.

  One of the best banking experiences ever. I don't use my phone much, so no issue/experience history such as others reviews. I always go in or utilize the drive thru. They are top notch, knowledgeable bankers with friendly attitudes!! Never had a complaint or problem unresolved. I thoroughly enjoy banking at Arvest!

  I am not an account holder at this financial institution; however, every time I have been to this branch they have afforded me a level of respect and courtesy reminiscent of small town banking. The bank tellers are extremely polite. They address me by name and go the extra mile to get to know me as a person, i.e. inquiring as to my day; plans for the weekend, etc. Rarely, have I had to wait in line for a teller and when I have had to wait it was only a short period of time.

  Horrible and slow. Hot Springs Arvest branches are awesome and fast. This branch is slowwwww, nobody knows what they are doing. Avoid at all costs!

  Been banking with him for 14 years never had a problem once always very kind everyone I have bank at other places which I was treated like garbage like I was a criminal I appreciate this bank so much and how they treat me thank you for all the employees .so that's why I do all my loans houses stuff like that anything I need to do with the bank I go to them

  Takes too long for someone to answer the phone. Great service demands answering the phone without the customer having to wait. Will now seek another bank.

  Totally happy with Arvest Bank. All employees are effecient and very pleasant. They all seem to enjoy working with the bank.
