  Tyra Hayes has been so kind, professional, and compassionate. We could all use a bit of this during such as trying time. I have spoke to another woman, back to back phone calls and she was definitely not as kind. I'm sure the company logs calls and could look it up, I will leave it in their hands. Thank you Tyra. I tried to send you an email and it bounced back. Never the less, I knew I would be leaving you a 5☆, you deserve it. To the other rep, don't be confused, as a customer, I deserve 5 star service. If anything, I deserve kindness.

  Go with literally ANYONE ELSE besides them. I requested my account number so I could sign up for auto payment, the gave me the wrong one, (apparently you have two different account numbers) even though I explicitly asked for my account number to sign up for auto pay. So when I eventually got the right number I signed up for auto payments and it never went through. I was called for lack of payment even though I set up auto pay (which after reading other reviews I've found that it's a common issue) and they were rude and unprofessional. They charge you $8 to pay over the phone and $5 to pay online, and even though I sent a check they called me to accuse me of not paying not taking into account Monday was a holiday.

  You send documents with confirmation it’s received then someone else will call with no knowledge or understanding of what the previous rep told you because they don’t document your account. You have to constantly call for updates or resend documents I can notwait to refinance through my credit union. DO NOT DO NOT use them

  I feel that all interested parties, should look else where for your financial solutions. I've had the worse experience with Auto Acceptance. I came from title max as a customer and auto Acceptance accepted the loan under 1800-new deal. It's been a nightmare since being a customer with Auto Acceptance. Some of their representative are rude, and unprofessional.

  Worst customer service ever!! I have been a customer with this company for more than a year and the only person that is professional in that place is Ms. Freeman. I experience the worst when one of the so call account manager had to call all of the references numbers but felt to call me directly or at my work number. Is 2017 send an email with read request.I have ask to change my due date many times they gave me the craziest answers. First was back went I started the loan they said there system was old they did not had that possibility. Next it was they were getting a new system in June 2016. The date came ask again they did not had all of the functions learn. I been to the point that I have ask if I get another bank what are the process they said it takes time is hard tou can tried instead of value the customers they have.

  RUN WHILE YOU CAN!! I paid off my loan and it took 60 days to get my title. I had to go to the local DMV and get another issued. They called and harassed me on a daily bases, even after I made an arrangement. The rep would tell me "even though you said you are going to pay on friday, we are going to call you everyday until payment is made." I wish there were a way to give them no stars but it makes you pick at least one.

  I purchased a vehicle in April of 2013 using Automobile Acceptance as the finance company. At the time I was in dire need of a vehicle and trusted that I was getting a good deal based on the lack of credit history and my family need for a vehicle at that time. I have faithfully paid for this vehicle on time, never missing a payment and after 3 years, the finance company is still stating I owe them $10,000.00 for a 2005. This have prohibited me from having the ability to purchase another vehicle through a finance company which is the exact opposite of what I was attempting to accomplish. The vehicle is almost inoperable and I am stuck with it due to my lack of knowledge and trust that I was getting a good deal. Automobile Acceptance actually reported negatively on my credit bc I made a payment online after 5:00pm on the same day the payment was due. This is a nightmare for myself and my family and I would NEVER recommend anyone to get trapped in such a situation.

  Never had any issues with them. I made my payments on time and if I was going to be late they never had a problem making arrangements for me. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. They bought my loan from Titlemax and I paid my loan off with them. Their customer service is awesome.

  This company is HORRIBLE! They have me set up on the bi-weekly payment plan and I was thinking that my payments were going to be 310 monthly since that was what I was paying from the beginning. It's now May and they said I skipped a payment back in March? I was like I paid my 310 and I havent missed any payments. Apparently March had an extra week in it that caused an extra payment to occur. I asked does extra payments go towards the principal? Of course not! I hate dealing with this company and I am looking forward to trading in this car and get anothe soon! They need to realize that ppl go through situation where they might have to miss a payment! BASTARDS!

  They will call you on the 11th when your car note is due on the 10th. They will call 3 times a day everyday. Also didn’t release my final payment will be double it’s worth 😩
