      I am a long-time customer of Austin Bank but the tellers at this location are not very friendly!

      Its their policy to reorder your payments to maximize overdraft charges. One of them even stole $100 from my business account. Worst banking experience of my life. Direct deposits take days, sometimes longer to hit my account. Don't use this bank.
