  If you’re looking for a friendly and family atmosphere in a bank, then this is the place to go!! This is my first place to open a bank account with and the team in Lufkin does an amazing job of making you feel welcome & apart of the family! One of the bank ladies, Megan, always greets me with a smile and “Good afternoon, how are you Kevin?” Haven’t had any issues with my card, and I have no complaints! I love my bank 😁

  They have been extremely professional and helpful. Bank President Terry Fauble has been extremely helpful and works directly to help anyone who needs it. Have bank acct and 3 loans there. Referred friends who have been pleased. I have never had a problem.

  I went into Austin bank yesterday around 3:15 to open a checking account. The clerk was fairly nice but when she asked how can she help me, I told her I wanted to open a checkings account. Basically she went the wrong way of helping me as a customer. She stated that the lady that handles with opening checkings account is not available and suggested I come back tomorrow, which was very odd to me. I asked her what was the payment and what different checking accounts do they provide and she was unable to give me that information. She wrote my number and name down and said she would be giving me a call on regarding me opening a checkings account which I found that very odd and I never received a call from her. The establishment seemed very unprofessional and I will not be banking with Austin bank.

  They're constantly having problems with their mobile banking. Their hours of operations aren't always fully followed. I've had problems with their cards multiple times.
