      Your drive thru is very slow. 15 minutes to deposit a check when everything is filled out for the teller is a issue.

      Mr. Moser, we are sorry to hear about your delay. Unfortunately, the speed of the drive thru is dependent upon the services the customers in front of you are utilizing. Some requests take longer to fulfill than others. During the pandemic when we had to close office lobbies, additional services were made available through the drive thrus that were not typically handled there. This was done in an effort to continue providing as many services as possible in a safer manner. One side effect of this was longer drive thru wait times. We apologize for this, and want you to be assured we are working to treat each customer's request in the most timely of manners.
