Don't waste your time dealing with this credit union. Their customer service is some of the worst I have encountered. They would not cash a donation check for my niece who has an account with them to pay for her mother's headstone because the person who wrote the check wrote the numeric amount in but forgot the written amount. We had to go to a different bank to get it cashed where they gave us their condolences for our loss.

The male employees I dealt with were young, untrained and unprofessional. Most everything is done in paper and security-wise, I was very uncomfortable. I will not go back.
