  Aurel Maranda was very professional and informative so me and my wife can make the best decision on our purchase. The the interest rate was the lowest that we could find. And most important super fast loan agreement, in record timing of 5-6 days very important so we didn't have to delay our purchase.

  My wife and I worked with Aurel starting in November 2020. We had a few purchases that didn't end up going through, but Aurel stuck with us and was always patient and understanding. He went well beyond his duty as a loan officer and provided a lot of advice and guidance on what to expect with the entire home buying experience. Aurel was always available via text, phone call, email, etc. and was responsive anytime of the day, including weekends. We were new home buyers so the process was new for us, and we learned an incredible amount from just working with Aurel from the mortgage, timelines, etc. Another key point to mention is that Aurel always worked with us to get the best rate. We required a longer lock than normal which increased the retail price, but Aurel worked hard to ultimately get us the best rate/price. Aurel was on top of everything and we had a clear to close well before the closing date. The entire closing process was so seamless because of the service Aurel provided. We highly recommend going with Aurel for your mortgage needs. He truly wants the best for you.

  I wasnt the easiest of mortgages im sure he's seen, but he took it all in stride and went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly. in the end, i got everything i wanted and needed, and the process ended up as promised. you wont go wrong with them and Aurel

  I have been doing business with Mr. Maranda since 2013 when I purchased my first property through him. Since, I have done 7 other purchases and re-financing through him. One thing I have found out is about him is that he has is customer interest in mind. I have called him in mid night and he walked me through numbers and educated me on financials. I have not only made a business partner but a great friend.
