  Fantastic customer service and terrific car care. Unlike another Audi dealership, Audi of Mentor got me a same day appointment for my A4 due to tire issues. The other Audi dealership wanted me to drive on unsafe tires for three more days till they could find time for me. I’ll drive the 45 minutes from Parma to ensure my car is taken well cared of. Thank you.

  After working with Shawn Galla at Audi Mentor, I can’t imagine going to another dealership or working with any other salesperson. He was very professional and didn’t try to pressure me. I definitely will be getting my second Audi from Shawn and will be referring my friends.

  Blake Jaffe did a great job getting us in our new A4. The service at Audi Mentor from the salesmen to the finance team was exceptional. They got us in and out in under an hour as opposed to Serpentine Chevrolet that took 4 hours. I have nothing but great things to say about Audi of Mentor.

  I recently was in the market for a new vehicle, along the journey the car of my dreams changed several times. When I found myself at Audi Mentor a wonderful saleswoman Maria Drago showed me the car of my dreams and has literally changed my life. Her effort and ability to introduce me to a car that completely satisfied all needs.   Bought 2013 Volvo S60 T5 AWD from Mentor Audi. Could not recommend them more. Steve Armstrong is amazing sales guy, great attention to detail and provided awesome service even after the purchase was done and I needed few maintenance items checked. First time I have ever bought car completely over the web without seeing it and Mentor Audi made it a great experience, vehicle was as it was described.

  I must admit this had to be one of the most enjoyable car purchasing experiences in all of my 26 years!! Maria Drago made my time there very special it almost didn’t feel like I was waiting, very prompt and professional, excellent service!   I got a car about 3 years ago through Audi Mentor and it has been a great experience throughout. The buying process was simple and not excruciating like some other places can be. The service team is very friendly and accommodating to schedule for vehicle servicing.

  Steve Armstrong at Audi Mentor is the man. Great experience working with him. Got me into a car I loved for under my price range. Extremely knowledgeable about any car I had questions with. Would recommend you give this location a try if you're looking to purchase an Audi, trade in, or just browse their inventory.
