  I’ve found this Audi dealership to be a refreshing change from the normal big dealer type of feel. The folks here actually care about you and the type of help you receive. The dealership itself feels like you’ve walked back into the 1960’s, maybe the 50’s. The point is it’s old, and frankly not very nice. But I don’t need a lot of fluff at a car dealer. I need people I can trust to take care of my vehicle and to be straight with me. That’s what you’ll find at Clarksburg Audi. They are just good folks and they’ve treated me very well. It’s worth your time to visit them.

  They provide an excellent level of service all around. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always conscientious about the work they perform on my car. I am really looking forward to their new building. They deserve it.

  This was my first large car purchase. Previously, I always bought older cars that I could pay cash for and be done. This was a big deal for me. I love Audi so there is not much work needed to sell one to me but a dealership certainly could do things to cause me not to purchase from them. With that being said, I could tell instantly that Audi Clarksburg was a cut above the rest. I was thrilled with this entire experience and it left me with a wonderful memory that I will forever cherish. I was impressed with everyone at this dealership. I was most appreciative of receiving the background on the car I was purchasing. Audi Clarksburg makes you feel like part of a family and that is what Audi is all about. This dealership cares about each customer as if they were family. I am proud of Audi. I am proud of this dealership as well.

  great customer service, speedy response, and great inventory. I looked them up online received a call the same day. It took me 4 days to close the deal and it would of been sooner but I had to get off work to drive there.

  Over two hours for an oil change. The special was misleading, thought fluid top offs were complimentary, but we were charged. They did wash our car. Waiting area comfortable, free snacks and wifi, but too long of a wait. We got there for a 9:00 appointment and got in our car at 11:10.

  Flexible, friendly and very good to work with! Brandon in service provided a number of service times and dates to get my RS5 in for scheduled maintenance. Once there, the service was performed flawlessly at a fair and reasonable cost. I changed up some of the maintenance work at the last minute and it didn't create a problem for them. Jeff, the dealership General Manager, stopped by to check on me while I waited, and Luka, one of the sales staff, came by to introduce himself. All in all, a painless and pleasant experience and I was out the door before lunch. I wholeheartedly recommend Audi of Clarksburg for service on your Audi or VW.

  I felt very comfortable at the Audi Clarksburg dealership. The employees were friendly, helpful, and honest. They were more than willing to answer my questions and went out of their way to help guide my experience. They helped to "hook-up" features such as Sirius Radio, my Bluetooth phone and other details.

  Poor service dept. Very unprofessional. Returned my car dirty, full of trash and gas tank empty. Even after an extended time to be serviced. AND it is still making the noise it was taken in for. Will NOT return or consider future purchase at this dealership. I had planned to trade my car in the spring but wanted to see how the service was , since this is a luxury vehicle and the closest service dept to me. We will be purchasing in Columbus.
