  My experience started pleasantly, but once the application documents were signed, the online rep, AMBER, was very rude. She didn’t state who she was or why she was calling when she called my references, and she didn’t speak to each of them before denying my application. When I asked why she didn’t talk with them, she said they didn’t answer. My cousin can verify that she answered, and Amber hung up and did not call back. I don’t understand how you take someone through the steps of contacting their friends and family, and then you deny it without even speaking to all of the references. When I asked this, Amber’s tone was very harsh and rude with her response for me to wait until I received a letter in the mail to verify why I wasn’t accepted. It seems like everyone has better luck with the reps that work in the office. This was a very disappointing experience. Amber could do better, even when someone is denied.

  Rosa was awesome!! I highly recommend her to take care of you!! You won't be disappointed! She is so helpful and friendly and that is very hard to find these days and I will keep my business where I feel the love, not because she has to but because she wants to! Thank you again Rosa for all of your hard working helping me!

  My experience with this company has always been great! The staff is excellent! Great customer service! They are very caring! They are always working smart and hard! The entire staff deserves a raise and promotion! I’m a very happy customer!

  Atlas Credit Company is awesome! I was very hesitant in the beginning because I’d come to know about them through a random “congrats” letter for being approved for a $300 loan. I took a leap of faith and the letter was legit and I’ve had no problems with them for the entirety of our business together! The staff are super sweet and amazing and always willing to help!

  Atlas Credit takes the time to help consumers in needs and that extends further than words can explain. Been going here multiple years The women before were helpful also. Brenda has taken the steps to make this business as professional as can be. Don't waste your time with one main and there "title loans" or McKinney investments who will deny you over the silliest reasons. Atlas is here to help people in need. Great Business
