  Had the most wonderful experience , Vanessa was just amazing, very knowledgeable and very personable. Made us feel very welcomed. Made the process very easy. Always such an awesome experience when we come in.

  Just want to say how much of a turnaround this location has had since Shawna has become the manager. She is so sweet and more than willing to work with you on your payments. The prior team was awful but I’m so happy that Atlas listened to their customers and got a new, awesome team to run this location.

  If your seeking great customer service and communicating with professional customer service please don't waste your time here because you will get the total opposite. They called me 4 different times informing me that I've been approved and to send in the proper documentation to finish the process. I was told several times one thing and was told something different over a period if 7 different emails. Finally because they were close to closing they stop answering my calls and when I call back 2 days later the phone was hung up in my face 2 times and then was informed that I was denied for the loan which I was informed 2 days earlier I had been approved. Once I asked for cooperate information I was told to send it to one of the managers I had been communicating with. After I refused I was finally tra not enjoy being transferred to cooperate office .

  Yes I found Ms. Shawna Jordan. I traveled from Lufkin, TX to Houston, TX just to find her. She is a jewel to this company. I'm so proud and happy for her. Please ATLAS CREDIT don't ever take Shawna Jordan away from this company. All my friends in Houston near the Little York office love her at this location. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BRINGING SHAWNA TO HOUSTON.

  HI EVERYONE I SERIOUSLY WOULDN'T EVEN WASTE MY TIME WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, PLAY AROUND ALOT, THEN TOLD ME I WAS APPROVED SENT INFORMATION JUST TO TELL ME I WAS DENIED. NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS.

  website states " credit starter loans" after applying online and within 3 seconds after selecting the submit button, i was declined. no income information was retrieved, verification of residence, NOTHING!!! I only applied due to the false advertisement ad that states "credit Starter loans " to build my credit. If i would have known it was no such thing i would have never applied for the company to run my credit and add and inquiry mark on my credit that i am currently building.

  Went in to inquire about a loan, staff was polite and greeted me when I walked in. They were very informative about the loan process. Will definitely be going back for future business.

  Kudos to Fredia she is very professional and have good customer service skills when she's not there I rather not deal with anyone else in office .My grandmother has been a customer for many years and we have stayed in another area but this location has the best quality .
