  This is not a great branch. i have been with this bank for years and mainly deal with branches in south of VA. people in country are nice and helpful. Teller - Amaya was nice. However, Rufsana - another girl really need to take a course of customer service - specially when you are in banking industry. She has some serious attitude. i may avoid this branch going forward.

  Merger with Access National has been a major disaster. Time to move on. Avoid this place. ***UPDATE*** After our relationship manager seeing this review you'd think they would be calling us to try and correct the situation or find a way to take an unhappy customer and make them a happy one, nope, nothing. They did leave a reply to our review but that is it. If one of my customers was this unhappy I would call them immediately. Again stay away from this bank, lots of other choices.

  Nice people but quite unprofessional in my opinion, I have been banking with union since 2013 at other locations, came to this one because it is conveniently located, but I will probably avoid this branch in particular in the future. Independent of that, I was able to get what I needed to do done

  I love this Branch and people who works here. Never had any issues and they are always professional and friendly. Always had issues with Ashburn Brandt but chantilly branch never.

  Worst bank ever! As soon as they purchased Middleburg I should have yanked all of my accounts! Horrible customers service!
