      Terrible bank. Once I am done paying my loan I will never do any bank transaction with this bank. A lot of wait, passing around and having me come back to resolve an issue.

      Terrible customer service. They don't care about their customers. They are uncompromising in disputes. Small wonder. Zenith Bank is a multi-national bank based in Nigeria.
