  Thank you so much Maiya for your public concern and then lack of response. We have since put in a complaint with the banking commission that you accepted money and opened an account with a valid Power of Attorney and then refuse to release funds or provide access to the funding. Atlantic Union Bank accepted money, a valid power of attorney and refuses to honor the POA to allow us to pay the bills of a disabled person. Nice job in confirming a true bait and switch!

  Very disappointed with this bank. My husband opened an account to pay his brothers bills for him. Has a valid power of attorney and once opened they would not honor the POA - even though his name is on the account and POA paperwork provided. Never processed the bank card requested and when asked to place an order upon return my husband was told there was nothing they could do without a Payee authorization. Do people not know what a POA is? So basically money has been sitting there which cannot be used to pay his bills.

  Their fraud protection unit is wonderful! This is the 3rd time no make that 4th time that my card has been hacked. The fraud unit was on it each and every time to stop these cyber crimes that happen to so many of us. Their staff is so friendly and competent.

  I love Union bank so glad to be away from DuPont credit union. Still trying to clean up my credit sine doctor bills on me but other than that my husband has a credit card with you all with our money against it . Only ones that would work with us . Thank you . And we love Susan Gray

  Michelle was awesome!! I took my daughter to Union to open up her first checking and savings account and I couldn't ask for better service. Michelle was very informational and informative on every aspect as to what Union has to offer. She also made us feel comfortable and was very friendly.

  Closing branches left and right. Only way to access your money without a fee on top of the atm fee is at a remaining branch. Atlantic union Bank verifies that they were massively closing branches at beginning of pandemic.
