  Jackie, I believe, is the manager's name. She is wonderful, if all transactions could be done through her or modeled after her customer service attitude this bank would be a 5 star. Had one very rude supervisor I dealt with + associate. Seems like they can't keep good help!

  They have one person working both windows on a Monday and obviously right now the drive through is the only option. Union usually has awesome customer service but this location does not seem to have any pride in their business. The lady working the window was nice but clearly overworked with inadequate support.

  I'd like to rate it 5** but i haven't opened a account yet. Today was my first time cashing a check there the financial advisor jessica B was amazing, great customer service and was awesome with my many questions. Im debating on a bank and after talking to hwr i may just join the union family. Until i decide and learn more im rating 4* ill update once i decide

  Don't ever bank with these people, it's the worst bank ever... I've cancelled my debit card ON MAY 25 2017! and they have not replace it yet and today it's AUGUST 10th 2017! they keep on saying that they will send it to me and never got it, finally I spoke to a guy AGAIN! about 3 weeks ago and he told me that he was going to send it to this branch (S. Laburnum) since it has been more that 10 - 14 business days.... I contact them to find out that it was never sent to me... THIS IS THE WORST BANK EVER.
