  I’m a first time homebuyer so I knew very little about the process, I started this process with a different local mortgage company that made me feel like a burden and as if buying a house may not be possible. That’s until I switched and went with Atlantic Coast Mortgage. Dinah and the ladies at Atlantic coast mortgage made me feel so comfortable asking any and all questions. Not even a couple hours after the initial phone call, I received a spreadsheet that broke down all the figures Id be preapproved for and a recording of Dinah explaining everything in detail. They were very flexible and available at all times and made the process easy and stress-free. I am now in my new home and complete the process and I must say Atlantic Coast Mortgage was a breath of fresh air and I’d definitely recommend!
