  A very positive experience working with Atlantic Bay. They offered the best rates and lowest fees of the 5 different lenders I checked for our 2nd home loan. There was some confusion at the beginning regarding the loan terms, but Pete Green quickly worked to get us a loan product that met our needs and was the most competitive.   We were very happy to use Pete as our lender again for our second home purchase! He was very accessible to answer our questions and explain every step of the process. We were in a hurry to put in an offer on a newly listed house, and because of his quick assistance on a Friday night, we were able to have our offer accepted the next day! We also wanted to close quickly because we were selling our house within about 35 days and he made it work! We spoke with other lenders, but there is a huge difference in the level of service and personalized attention with a local lender! He also had a great relationship with our realtor and attorney, which made the whole process quick and easy! I would recommend Pete to anyone looking for a lender! (Also, there were never any marketing calls that drove us crazy with the other lenders!)

  COVID-19 provides many challenges for mortgage companies. As closings and settlements are delayed due to construction material delays to contractors, Pete Green and his team found multiple options to make the closings happen despite this environment. The customer focus and professionalism by ABM team enabled all customers to feel that personal touch of concern no matter what hurdles were encountered - A++ rating.
