  Brian and company are all amazing. First time buyer so I was mostly clueless about all of the mortgage and financing things that needed doing, and they were super patient and helpful in walking me through it. I recommend doing hybrid online closing, as that takes very little time in-person to wrap up the odds and ends that needed a notary.

  My husband and I were first time home buyers and we had decided to go to a lender our realtor suggested. After 3 days of not hearing back from that lender I became worried that the process was going to be long and difficult. I shared my feelings with my boss as we were catching up and he highly recommended Brian Brooks and his team. My boss sent my information to Brian and minutes later I was already on the phone with Brian. Once I filled out my application, Brian called me 12 hours later to let me know all the details of my pre-approval. Brian and his team have not only been quick and responsive, but they have been a great support through this entire process. I never imagined buying our first home could be so easy and stress-free. Although my husband and I did not have the most desirable credit, Brian was able to get us a great rate. If it's your first time buying a home, having a difficult time with your lender, or just want to have an stress-free home buying process, go with Brian and his team. It will make your entire experience a peaceful and easy one.

  My Loan Officer, Joan M Carter was excellent at understanding our financial readiness and presenting our options. She was extremely prompt when responding to all of our questions at every stage of the home-buying process and worked well with our realtor. She made us feel in control of the decisions at every step, was polite and respectful. The service following the home-buying process has been mixed. They have an automatic withdraw payment option, but this option will not allow you to pay early. The date I selected on the written form I sent in to be processed was not honored. Instead, my payment was scheduled for a month later (after the due date). I had to call in to correct this error. When I did, I elected to cancel the automatic withdraw but the service representative did not cancel it resulting in a double payment. It took 3 weeks, 1 e-mail, and 2 phone calls for them to return the amount they owed me. They told me my refund would be issued within 8-10 business days, but after 5 business days I called, only to find out the process hadn't been started. I'm still waiting for the check. Their automated menu options are PAINFUL! I spend longer listening to multiple automated menu options than I did talking to the person I FINALLY got a hold of. I recommend this agency, but I strongly suggest they switch phone systems and allow you to set up your automatic payments immediately for the date of your choice on the internet so there is no confusion.

  Actually enjoyed refinancing. The Atlantic Bay team was super helpful and quick with getting back to us and getting us locked into a great interest rate. The entire process was seamless. I have already recommended Atlantic Bay to friends
