Matthew Vinson2I was really into the '07 Honda Odyssey (w/ 136k miles) they had for sale earlier this year. Since my regular repair shop was outside their supposed travel radius, I gave the van a couple good test drives and looked at everything I could and asked a bunch of questions. One particular about the timing belt, I was told they were all changed. They even got the van re-inspected for me. It was top of price range but we bought it. Come to find out a few months later when I took it to my shop for oil change and leaking power steering fluid, the van had NOT had its timing belt or spark plugs changed and was 20k-40k OVERDUE! This was NOT a happy customer!! I called and voiced my frustration and asked if they would help at all with the great amount of routine maintaince needed. My shop is estimated over $3k!!!! Buyers beware. I learned the ever true lesson that you can't believe a used car salesmen!

Jim Dixon1Worst dealer ever I've ever dealt with in over 20 years of buying cars. Their cars are junk. I had an appointment to drive a vehicle, Honda and it had check engine light on. He said it was nothing and he would take care of it. Nope. After buying the car the light came back on and now he will not take care of transmission errors. Run away from this dealer if you want a car that's worth the money. They lie, lie, lie... Now I'm stuck fixing the errors. Think they just clear the errors until you drive off the lot. I'll be in touch Hela Derouiche as we are not done...
Response from the ownerHi Clyde, we are sorry that you had this experience but thanks for taking the time to let us know. I checked for the last past 6 months and I didn't get any claims on any Honda we sold. Can you give us the year, make and model of the vehicle you purchased? We’d like to get a little more information. Please email us at [email protected]. We care very much about our customer experience and are constantly looking for ways to improve.

Kim Markulis1I went to this dealership looking at a 2003 Honda CRV with 126k on it, the ticket price was way over fair market value which is $5,000. This place was asking $6,4. Just to name a few issues, it had a cracked tail light, (somehow managed to get a new inspection) rear rotors were grooved, interior upholstery coming loose, And no coolant in the reservoir (possible major issue)when we asked the owner how that fluid and tail light was missed for inspection she stated “things happen”.9 Not sure even what might’ve been in the engine, if any. Sales lady called the owner and the owner supposedly “came in” we went to go speak with her and she was very defensive off the bat and ended up arguing with us, said she was here to make money, she knew I was offering $5,5 cash OTD and then said, “my price is my price there are plenty of CRV’s in town, go find one elsewhere”. Could not believe the defensive contradictory attitude of this owner, Hela. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Jaquan Wood1Very unprofessional dealership. I purchased my 2012 Dodge Charger from this dealership and it was probably one of the not so great decisions I have made in a long time. The day I came to the place to purchase the car it had not been cleaned and fueled up. There was trash in the car and the gas tank was only a little above Empty. Personally, it takes a lot for me to get mad so I disregarded it and moved on about it. I left the car with the dealership with no problems at all until I had an issue with my transmission about two months later (Transmission was going out). I purchased powertrain warranty through the dealership. But, when I called the warranty company for repair information they had told me that I had no contract under their company and at that point it was nothing I could do to move forward with getting my now shot transmission repaired. Moving forward, I tried to have consultation with the dealership to come to an agreement on where they went wrong and how I could be assisted with a $4200 repair that would have never been an issue if my warranty was actually present. To make a long story short, the dealership did everything they could to not take blame for my "non-present" warranty agreement that I paid for. Til' this day I am waiting on a call to understand what went wrong and why I didn't receive my warranty agreement.

Marwa Hassan5Called in to check if they still had the vehicle they had posted on their website. Harris informed me that it already has been sold but he had other vehicles that would meet my budget, so I scheduled an appointment to come in. Harris was very courteous and informative. I ended up buying a better vehicle than I had in mind. He truly puts his customers needs first. Was very attentive to my needs and budget. Excellent customer service, truly it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be buying my future cars from Harris and I will recommend him too everyone I know.
Response from the ownerWe thank you for you business! Congrats and thank you so much!

Mike D3This is not a review but an observation. I was looking at possibly purchasing a vehicle that they have for sale and decided to check out the reviews for this dealership first. I noticed that many of the complaints were about deceptive practices by them. When many are for the same type of deception, I begin to believe them. It's looking to be about a 50/50 split between good and bad reviews. For this reason, I will pass on the auto I was considering. Thanks for all who have posted both good and bad.

chanteli “vii” till1Never buy a car from here run away and fast .... bought Lexus from them and with in a month i have already had to have transmission work... then come to find out the engine had been replaced, coils on the car were bad... there was no negotiation in price and she assured me that it had recently had a tune up..... clearly that was a lie. If I could give it no stars I would

Madeena Aminzay5I heard about this dealership through the grapevine, and was extremely pleased with my encounter. The customer service is top notch and they definitely have a better inventory selection than other dealers in the area. With no pressure from Yassin, who was knowledgeable, patient, and personable--I decided to make a purchase of the car I really liked. Yassin listened to and answered all of my questions. I am beyond pleased with his interpersonal skills! The atmosphere at this dealership is very welcoming, so rest assured, you will be taken care of! And yes, I am glad there is finally someone who greets customers upon their arrival. Thank you again, Progressive Auto Finance!
Response from the ownerThank you Madeena! Congrats on your new purchase!

Camille Keith1First I would like to say that the car was in good shape for the most part. However, after they made the sale, the customer service was very poor and deceptive. Within two days of getting the car, the headlight went out and I needed a belt. The headlight was a $300 service and the belt was $90 which they would not help pay. Also, the inspection had the wrong vin # and I was given one key that did not fit the car lock. That was another $200. I purchased a 2005 hybrid and was allowed to pay the remaining $200 balance within 30 days. When I went back to pay my balance, earlier than promised, the owner made me wait over 30 mins then argued with the salesman for another 10 mins over $90 for a warranty. I was promised a 90 day warranty and floor mats which I never recieved either. Harris made many empty promises to meet me with the $90 he was going to pay for the warranty and floor mats. I even left my job in DC to meet him at the time he suggested in Woodbridge and he stood me up. I wasted nearly 2 hours trying to meet. Eventually he stopped responding to my text. Initially I had recommended friends to go there. Now, if the price is right and the car checks out, it may be ok. However, they are used car dealers and will say anything to sell you a car. I do not believe he ever intended to pay me or get a warranty. So get everything in writing. Even with that, you may never get it.
