  I definitely recommend anyone who needs financial help for unexpected situations to go to Atlanta Title Loan. HEIDIE and LINDA understands your needs at a time of hardship. I will definiyely recommend my friends and family to go to the Lilburn location because of the stellar professionalism displayed by the staff and management. They make sure that you do get your title back, I have used them for a number of years and I will continue to use them in the future. Awesome customer service.

  I give a honest 5 stars for a good reason. The politeness and exceptional service I get from there is always perfect. I feel like it all starts from Heidy. She is never rude and makes sure things get handled all the time. The other gentleman there gives the same service as well all the time. Need more people like heidy because she is always professional.

  Horrible customer service. Came to get a vehicle looked out for a loan. Was told since I didnt have title on me he was unable to come outside & look @ the vehicle. Informed him I called Title Max & Title Tree & was able to get estimates without them even seeing the vehicle. Figured since I work across the street from this establishment I would drive car there to see what they could do. Needless to say I won't be going back or referring business to them & I work @ dealership so it only makes sense to network.
