  Well rounded people here. I come in there they make sure to cash my checks securely and quickly. That’s why I bring them donuts for their great customer service here and there. Rosemary and her staff are friendly with everyone but mean business. 5 stars guys keep up the great work!!!

  Added a vehicle to my policy and was over charged by $40.00 by this company. When I question the charge no one knew why. I proceeded to ask for a refund, but while doing so found out my second car was never issued. Then, asked for the total amount to be refunded, since my car wasn't insured, Carla in the refund department stated she was going to back date my insurance. Isn't that illegal? Worst customer service ever. Even had an employee tell me to deal with the fact my car wasn't insured. Don't recommend them for any services.

  BEWARE! THIS COMPANY BY FAR IS THE WORST PLACE TO EVER OBTAIN INSURANCE THROUGH! IF I COULD HAVE RATED A "0" I WOULD HAVE ESPECIALLY BECAUSE OF THE NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THE REP IVONE. SHE WAS THE ONE WHO QUOTED ME ONE PRICE TOOK MY DOWN PAYMENT THEN THE MONTHLY AMOUNT PRICE CHANGED FROM WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. WHEN I CALLED TO TRY AND DISCUSS IT I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TALKED ABOUT THE ISSUE LONG ENOUGH AND THAT SHE DOES NOT HAVE TO LISTEN TO IT ANYMORE! WHAT KIND OF PERSON THINKS IT'S OK TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER THAT WAY? PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU GO HERE MARK MY WORDS!!!!!!!!
