  Mike with Assurance was able to beat the deals of other competitors and was very personable and honest throughout the whole process. He answered any questions we had and was able to explain the financial side of things in a way that we could understand. Mike worked hard to make sure we were taken care of, and we really appreciated all of his help and dedication. They are a great choice if you’re looking for a phenomenal lender.

  After having so much go wrong with my first mortgage company… Joey with assurance was just like a breath of fresh air! Joey works well into the NIGHT to get all of your paper work done! I think thats crazy but if you love your job and want to see people happy I think you’ll do things like that. I think Joey is .. idk I can’t think of a word that’s worthy! Thank you so much !!

  Working with Amanda was a dream! Owning a home seemed far fetched for a first time buyer and she helped create that reality. She walked me through each step and the online process was very easy. She has the best communication and answered all my concerns and spontaneous questions.   The mortgage loan officer that handled the loan for the buyers of our home did a HORRIBLE job and cost our family not only thousands of dollars but also the sale of our home. Joey Brodtman, the manger of the West Monroe branch, did NOTHING about the situation. I wouldn't trust putting my money in the hands of people so irresponsible and untrustworthy and will NEVER sell anything I own to someone who takes out a loan with this bank! They were a pain in my side for the 3 months it took to "sell" our home only to find out 2 days before closing that the buyers were not eligible. Then guess who got stuck with all the bills and fees. Red flags everywhere!!

  Joey is the best!!!! My experience as a 1st homebuyer was stressful, but he did EVERYTHING to ease my nerves. Throughout the entire process, he was a phone call away and so helpful.

  Amanda is the greatest! We were originally with a mortgage company who seemed to have no customer service or left us in the dark for days at a time! Totally different statement for Assurance we spoke everyday through the process and no question was left unanswered. We closed yesterday within 2 months of applying! Thank you so much for getting us in to our first home!
