      After using this location for several years, because I work at Ft. Mac, I was informed today I could not deposit a check because my name is hyphenated and my bank account only has the first part of my hyphenated name. My maiden name. Despite my giving her my social security number and verifying the address (which is the same social and address on my account), Belinda refused to deposit my check. I wasn't even withdrawing money, just making a deposit....and it wasn't even for large sum of money. Ridiculous.

      location is on Ft McPherson base which is closed permanently

      Hi Sean, Even though the base is now closed you can still easily access our credit union, by entering through the gates and telling them you are there to go to ACU. Our team has worked hard to make sure access to the credit union stays open to all of our members.
