Barrye Wright1The worse experience with a long wait time. There are no tellers inside and all customers must wait in lines at the drive through that move at a snail pace. Unacceptable!

Daniel Brown2I called in to ask about banking and the rep that answered the phone answered as if she was answering her own personal phone . There was no customer service professionalism on her end. When I asked a question and she didn't hear me instead of saying "I didn't hear you can you repeat that" she responded " what now!?" So I repeated my question. Finally when she provided an answer she did so in a way that made me feel as if I asked a stupid question when I have never had to use the function I called in about. I get it black neighborhood etc but I don't want a ghetto experience for my banking.

Lincia Bennett1i don't normally post negative review but i have been sitting in the drive thru for 30 mins. 2 cars ahead of me. i have seen cars come after me pass me by. I'm stuck! the tellers don't have respect for people's time. they need to do better. this is awful!!!

Colleen Davis1So far I have been waiting in line 25 min. just to make a withdrawal. If something happened to your card you have to make an appt. to get a new one. So to sum up, I have an appt in one week to get a temporary card, and I can't even access money without waiting forever.

Atmir P1Absolutely awful place, just bunch of inmocpetebt people working there. Yesterday I waited more than half hour to deposit a check although I have more than 100x the amount I the account. She kept saying she needs to call to clear the check... I have had banking in many places, this is the worst ever. I end up asking my check back and they forgot to give me my license. I’m wondering if any of them trustable to have my information in front of them... Never again, thinking to change the bank because if this treatment.

Simone5This bank location has the most pleasant staff who ensured I got my bank transaction completed in a timely manner. They were welcoming, listened to my concerns, and walked me through the process. The branch manager Antoria went above and beyond and the rest of the staff Sparkle, Amber, and Cortez were amazing and I appreciate their service.
