  Worst bank, they engaged in deceptive and unfair discriminatory practices against me. Holding my business checks for an extremely long time. Even after receiving these checks for over a year. Delaying the posting of cash payments towards my mortgage. Suspiciously running out of receipt paper when payments were made in cash. I will be filing a complaint with the NCUA and the CFPB.

  I needed a local bank account for cash transactions. Most of my business is performed online but there are occasions a local bank account is helpful. Their service is easy to use and fees are reasonable.

  I called pryor to my arrival at this location. I spoke with the Mgr. Mike, who was greatly helpful to my concerns at the time. However, upon my arrival it was quite challenging and time consuming at the drive through. So, after (several) minutes of awaiting service. Mgr. Mike comes out and not knowing that he spoke with me earlier by phone. He explained the reason for the details, and I really appreciated that. I did inform him that it was me whom he spoke with by phone earlier and I thanked him...

  I absolutely LOVE the employees here. They are so helpful and always willing to spend time with me and figure out what money moves are best for ME. They treat you like family. THANK YOU!

  The worst customer service I have ever seen they’re never friendly and they have very little information to help you with I will be closing out my account come Monday morning
