Morning drive up teller should practice some customer service skills....maybe a "hello, or smile" to start with...and then a sincere, instead of borderline sarcastic, "have a nice day." 99% of the employees at Associated are very nice...this 1% "acting supervisor" should maybe consider that you never know when someone is still deciding on which financial institution to tranfer their retirement savings into. If this is the future of Associated, I can guarantee it won't be here...

I have used the drive- in and the walk-in services since this branch opened. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. It is a well-run branch and very convenient to access.

Drive thru lanes are not SUV friendly. Scratched the same bumper twice on the narrowness of the lane. Will not return to this location.
