Rude and incompetent staff. Made error when accounts were transferred from First National Bank to Associated Bank regarding late family member's investments. Filled out tax forms for investments at branch which are now unable to be located. Branch manager and customer service department of no help. Wouldn't trust this bank to manage the finances of a lemonade stand.

Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent manager at the Bethalto location.... Ms. Denay Brown (BANK MANAGER) is a super good person, she's very professional and kind... And makes the baking experience smooth and enjoyable. Mrs. Jen Steinmann was a pleasure to do business with... She was also very professional, to the point and very informative... She answered all my questions and had me up and ready to go within 20 minutes. I walked out a happy customer... I highly recommend any Associated Bank branch, but especially the Bethalto location... as well as the Staunton branch...I appreciate you ladies... Thanx Again Dustin Hickey
