  This is the second time Mark has helped our family. Once in obtaining a morgage for my daughter and the second time in helping her refinance to a lower rate on a refi. I can’t recommend Mark enough, he always picked up the phone and had answers to all our questions and concerns, and is the ultimate professional! And a super nice guy. If you need a true professional and someone who genuinely cares, call Mark. He will get things done for you, and will work with you until the job is done.   Keith, Alec and Kim were an amazing team that made the entire mortgage process easy and seamless.   Just purchased a home this week using aspire home loan.Mark and his team were outstanding. They made getting a loan for a house very easy and were with me every step of the way. What I liked best was Mark made himself available days nights and weekends and was always happy to receive my call. Most importantly they got me great rates and there were no unexpected fees. They are very upfront and honest.

  Well this time I just purchased my second home with Mark and aspire again, I couldn't be more happier with my 2nd purchased and the team I choose to go with, Mark Dugayo is there with you the entire way and always makes you feel comfortable about the situation.   The Aspire team assisted in making our dream of purchasing a home come true. Being first time home buyers we were initially hesitant about the process of purchasing a home. Mark and Kim walked us through the process and were very patient with us. They were available at all times to answer any and every question.   A year ago my relationship with Aspire and Mark began. A couple a months ago our relationship turned into a roller coaster for different reasons on my end, but Mark was always there 24/7 and was a great support. More than business we became friends. I’ve bought couple of houses since I’ve been moving a lot for work, dealing with many mortgage companies. None had treat me like Aspire and Mark.
