  This is the second time we have worked with Aspen on refinancing a house we own. She has been fantastic to work with both times. She is always straightforward, she gives clear answers to every question we ask (some of which were admittedly pretty rudimentary), and she is always available to make sure we are comfortable with every step we need to take. For our second refinancing, I actually had to track her down because she had changed her company. Because she was so good to work with the first time we went through a refinancing that I dug up my old emails and looked her up online to find her new work contacts. The last thing I would like to mention is her ability to give some of the best rates in the market. Aspen has always given us the best rates we could find among all of the mortgage brokers we inquire with. We frequently give her contact information to our friends who might be considering a mortgage or refinancing. We will definitely continue to work with her for any of our future mortgage needs...
